All Lego Pneumatic Engine Kits use Brand New Genuine Lego Parts

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product is faulty, send an email request and I will send you a replacement product free of charge.

We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit, or missing Lego parts in your order. 

By purchasing a Digital Download Product or Product Containing Digital Files, you Agree Not to Share or Redistribute this Download File by any means.

Easy Returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we're here to help

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fee if an item is returned, order returns and refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any charge backs via your payment provider, payment refunds shall be processed once returned item has been received and inspected. We do not accept change of mind returns. 

If you purchased a digital product from our store but haven't downloaded it yet, a refund is possible.
